Hunstanton is a good flat water windsurfing and kitesurfing location that works in winds from SSW through W round to N. It can be sailed at all tides. Flat water develops behind the sandbar at low tide but will be shallow. At high tide there are groynes but shouldn't pose too much of a problem.

Hunstanton only has one beach so all you need to is follow the road along the shore.
